St. Edwards Park Trails

There is a beautiful greenbelt off Spicewood Springs Road that follows Bull Creek as it winds through many trails.

Marty and I went exploring some of the trails while the weather was nice; the air dry and somewhat cool. It was a beautiful hike through some shaded and open areas.

It’s also wonderful for the dogs, especially if they like getting into the creek.

  1. The hike represents Austin well during the Springtime and the pandemic of 2020 brought out many, but the park and the trails are plentiful enough where you barley saw anyone else for most of the hike. The water flow of this section of Bull Creek is usually good and clear up to mid summer when it becomes a bit more stagnant and can dry up if we don’t receive much rain.
